Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts for the same person or household is prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure. If any information changes, the user must notify the 40bet support team without delay.

Account Security and Responsibility

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300. No deposits below this amount will be accepted.
Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, if identity verification or a security review is required, this time may be extended.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawal requests must be made using the same payment method used to make the deposit
- Withdrawals will not be processed if an active bonus wagering requirement has not been completed

All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 40bet does not accept any foreign currency or cryptocurrency.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
40bet offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. After receiving the bonus, a wagering requirement must be met before it can be withdrawn.

Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000.
Bonus Example — B
Deposit ৳10,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳18,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies only to the bonus portion — not to the deposited amount.
Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions — read them carefully before accepting a bonus
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it can only be used for placing bets
- Misuse or exploitation of bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited
- 40bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer
- One bonus cannot be combined with another bonus at the same time, unless explicitly stated
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Gaming Policy

6.2 Sports Betting Policy

Prohibited Activities

- Attempts to hack or make unauthorized modifications to the software
